A silver tone plaque presented to Pelé in December 1962 by the Botafogo Football Club of Ribeirão Preto, in admiration and tribute to Pelé. On December 12, 1962, Pelé's Santos FC team defeated Botafogo 1-0 in the second-to-last match of the 1962 Campionato Paulista.
