The jersey features the Cosmos team logo printed over the left breast and Pelé's name and number "10" stitched in white tackle twill numbering on the back, with an additional "10" stitched onto the right sleeve. Stitched above the uniform number on the back of the jersey is "PELE" in white tackle twill letttering.
