The Prince Guard Cologne 1906 e.V. is one of the nine tradition corps in the Cologne Carnival and accompanies the Carnival Prince during the event. The medal features the Prince Guard "3 Crown" crest and reads "Prinzen-Garde Köln 1906 e.V." A red striped white ribbon is attached at the top with an affixed medal hat and sword emblem.
