"Medical Chronograph" Longines, No. 0115556, case No. 379357, Ref. 7414. Made circa 1965. Fine, large, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph, register and pulsometer. Three-body, polished and brushed, inclined bezel, lapidated lugs. Brushed silver with applied faceted goldbaton indexes, outer minutes and fifths of a second track with Arabic five minute/second numerals, extreme outerblue painted pulsometer scale, subsidiary dials for seconds and 30-minute register. Yellow gold faceted "bâton"hands. Cal. 530, rhodium plated, 18 jewels, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance spring,shock absorber, index regulator.Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 36 mm. Thickness 10 mm.
