Fine and unusual, working model of a single wheel duplex escapement with helical balance spring and cross balance, under a glass dome and wooden base. Turned ebonized wood, glass dome. Brass base plate, going barrel, single wheel duplex escapement, steel impulse pallet, helical balance spring, four-arm brass balance with four screwed weights, mounted beneath a bridge with two posts.
