"Teeth Cutting Machine for Cylinder Escape Wheels" Vienot Pere & Fils, a Rosureux. Dated 1886. Fine and very rare, steel and brass machine for cutting cylinder escape wheel teeth. Notes This machine, for the basic cutting of the wheel teeth from the blank, was invented by Leopold Glasson of Fontenelles and was patented in 1869.The present machine was made by Vienot Pere & Fils, the famous manufacturers at Rosureux.
