Very fine and extremely rare, small, square, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with leather strap and 18K gold Patek Philippe buckle. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, straight teardrop lugs, "bombé" crystal. Matte silver with applied yellow gold faceted bâton indexes, subsidiary seconds dial, outer minute track.
