“Atmos Green Dial” Jaeger-LeCoultre, "Atmos", No. 493271. Made in the 1960s. Fine, rectangular, gilt brass and glass Atmos clock wound by barometric pressure changes. Accompanied by the original fitted box. Gilt brass, glazed on 4 sides and on the top, polished and brushed, stepped plinth base with canted corners, levelling screws and spirit level in the base. Square, annular, graduated green, painted with applied gilt brass Roman numerals and facedet dart indexes. Gilt brass “dauphine” hands. Cal. 528-8, gilt brass, vacuum chamber winding the going barrel, lever escapement driven by annular tension pendulum, locking lever in the base, regulator at the top. Case and movement signed. Dim.
