Two-body, “Louis XVI”, the bezel with engraved scalloped decoration and painted on enamel repeat pattern, the back decorated with a painted on enamel scene of a young couple in a landscape. White enamel with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track and outer Arabic five minute numerals. Gold “Louis XVI” hands. Hinged gilt brass full plate with conical pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement with micrometric adjustment to the potence and the crown wheel, plain brass three-arm balance, flat balance spring, pierced foliate gilt brass continental balance cock with polished steel endplate, index regulator. Dial and movement signed. Diam. 43 mm. To be sold without reserve
