Patek Philippe Yellow Gold Ref. 3945 Patek Philippe, Genève, No. 773929, case No. 2885141, Ref. 3945/1, second series. Made in 1993, sold on May 17, 1993. Extremely fine and rare, self-winding, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases and an integral 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe bracelet "à petites mailles". Accompanied by the original Patek Philippe fitted box, spare solid 18K yellow gold back, wallet, booklet and the Extract from the Archives. Notes The majority of the reference 3945 were made in yellow gold, a few in white gold, and a very small number in pink gold. Ref. 3945/1 is identical to Ref. 3940, but with an integral gold bracelet without lugs. Production of reference 3945/1 began in 1985 and ceased around 1998. The model was made in two series, the first with a sunken leap year dial, the second with a cross through the leap year dial.
