Very fine and rare, center-seconds, self-winding, waterresistant, 18K white gold wristwatch with date, and a linentextured white gold Vacheron Constantin bracelet. Two-body, polished and brushed, linen-textured bezel and concave lugs, screwed-down case back. Satiné silver, sunburst, with applied lapidated white gold indexes and aperture for the gold-rimmed date. White gold dauphine hands. Cal. K1072, stamped with the Geneva Seal, rhodium-plated, fausses-côtes decoration, 29 jewels, straight line lever escapement, beryllium balance with timing screws adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, shock-absorber, self compensating Breguet balance-spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator, 18K gold rotor segment with ruby roller bearings.
