Juvenia – Arms of The King of Spain Juvenia, Swiss, "Excelda", No. 320051. Made circa 1910. Fine and rare, 18K yellow gold and painted on enamel, keyless pocket watch decorated with the arms of King Alfonso XIII of Spain. Four-body, bassine, polished, the back cover decorated with the finely painted on enamel polychrome arms of King Alfonso XIII of Spain beneath the Royal crown. Hinged gold cuvette. Two-tone gold and silver, foliate and flower engraved, Arabic numerals on silvered circular reserves, outer silvered minute track, subsidiary seconds. Blued steel Breguet hands. 18’’’, rhodium plated, hatched decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial signed Excelda. Diam. 47 mm. Notes The name Excelda was a trade name used by the Juvenia company of La Chaux-de-Fonds.
