To be sold without reserve Two-body, polished with stepped outer cover and reverse, inner metal support to house movement. White enamel, heavy black fancy Arabic numerals, sunk subsidiary seconds. Gold Breguet hands. 17’’’, rhodium plated with fausses cotes decoration, 15 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut and compensated bi-metallic balance, index regulator. Case, dial and movement signed. Diam. 50 mm. Notes The movement is set within a brass outer attached to the stem that fi ts securely into a brass housing within the case. This design would allow for the case to be replaced if required while retaining the movement.
