Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, lapidated lugs, stepped bezel, snap-on case back. Champagne with applied yellow gold Breguet numerals, outer minute divisions, subsidiary guilloche seconds dial. Yellow gold feuille hands. Notes 257: Patek Philippe introduced reference 2422 in 1946. Produced in relatively few numbers, reference 2422 is distinguished by its stylized faceted lugs, which are very similar in design to the lugs on the highly collectible chronograph model, reference 1579 (see lot 386).
