Very fine and rare, curved, tonneau-shaped, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives. Two-body, solid, polished. Matte silver with applied yellow gold baton and round indexes, outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds dial. Yellow gold Dauphine hands. Notes This watch was fully restored by Patek Philippe in 2002.Only four other examples of this reference have appeared at auction. This watch is illustrated on page 64 in the book "Patek Philippe Kult-Objekt & Wert-Anlage" by J. Michael Mehltretter.
