Fine, rare, and very large stainless “Enversteel” wristwatch with square button chronograph, registers and tachometer. C. Three-body, polished and brushed, inclined bezel, concave and faceted lugs. D. Matte silver with painted Arabic numerals and luminous dots, outer 1/5th seconds scale with 5-minute/seconds Arabic markers and tachometer graduation to 1000 UPH, subsidiary dials for the seconds, the 12-hour and 30-minute registers. Luminous blued steel baton hands M. Cal. 292, rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance spring. THICKNESS 11 mm Notes According to Universal Geneve, these oversize chronographs were delivered to NATO in 5 batches of 20 watches with various dials and then sold to civilians.
