Fine, working model of a chronometer detent escapement with a wooden base and glass shade. C. Polished base with opening at the bottom to key wind, wooden feet, glass shade M. Circular gilt plated base plate with thick engraved decoration, going barrel housed in the base, monometallic balance wheel with gilt adjustment screws, steel balance spring, engraved bridges secured by screws. Dim. 17 x 23cm. In very good condition
