Fine and rare, vertical oval, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with a Vacheron Constantin yellow gold bracelet. C. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, inclined bezel, snap on case back. D. Brushed silver with painted black radial Roman numerals. Blackened baton hands. M. Cal. 1003, rhodium plated, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, self-compensating flat balance spring, index regulator.
