Fine, square, 8-day going, gilt brass desk clock with Limoges- style painted on enamel dial. Gilt-brass with serpentine front, swinging pierced leaf-decorated door panels, leaf handle and bun feet. Square, painted on enamel in the Limoges style with a lady on a white horse in a landscape, two gentlemen in the foreground, applied gilt-brass Arabic numerals. Gilt-brass fleur de lys hands. 8-day, nickel, 15 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating flat balance spring, rack regulator. Notes Dial and movement signed.
