Double body, Louis XVI with concealed hinges and opal-set bezels, the back enamel painted with a Cupid and doves in a garden within a blue frame. White enamel with Roman numerals and outer Arabic minute ring. Hinged gilt brass full plate with conical pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement, plain brass three-arm balance, flat balance spring. Gilt brass continental cock with polished steel end-piece.Signed on the back plate.Diam. 36 mm.
