R. Flume, Berlin, circa 1900. Very fine and rare steel and brass rounding-up tool. Large crank lever wheel driving the pulley through an intermediate wheel, lever-controlled horizontal feed vertical slide with two knurled stop screws, wheel between turns on a slide, centering levers, wooden base with additional cutters. Dim. 25 x 15.5 cm. Good condition.
