Fine and very rare, keyless, center-seconds, 18K gold watch with playing card dial and stop feature. Four-body,“Pommes”, solid, polished, gold hinged cuvette, gold stop bolt for precision setting at 1. White enamel with playing cards for the numerals, outer minute divisions, sunk center. Cal. 46 mm, frosted gilt, 3/4-plate, 19 jewels, lateral counterpoised lever escapement, cut-bimetallic compensation balance, Breguet balance spring. Dial and movement signed. Diam. 56 mm. Notes Watches with playing card dials are very rare. Examples are in the La Chaux-de-Fonds Musée Internationale d’Horlogerie.
