Very fine and rare, 18K yellow gold, keyless, astronomical "Chronomètre" dress watch with phases of the moon, days of the week and regulator dial. Three-body, "Empire", screwed-down back cover decorated with elaborate engine-turning, polished band andbezel, gold glazed cuvette, ball-type swiveling pendant acting as a winding crown. Silver, regulator type, hourchapter with radial Roman numerals set to the left, days of the week to the right and subsidiary seconds, withaperture for phases of the moon at the bottom, center minutes with outer dot divisions, center and outermostring engine-turned and whitened. Blued-steel Breguet hands. 40 mm, rhodium-plated, "fausses-côtes" deco-ration,17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating balance-spring withouter terminal curve, "swan-neck" micrometer regulator.Dial signed with initials "TE".Case and movement engraved Zenith.Diam. 50 mm.
