Melik Miniassianz, Paris, No. 12514, made for Georges Aron, Nice, circa 1930. Very fine and rare 18K gold, jade and ivory, semimysterious, eight day going Art-Deco table clock in original fitted box. Circular with engine-turned band, bevelled polished border and three ivory feet inlaid with gold engine-turned strips. Horizontal, jade engraved with a bird and foliage decoration, the border applied with gold indexes, inner revolving minute ring and hour disc, each bearing seed-pearl pointers.
