Very fine and rare 18K yellow gold, enamel and diamonds, lady's wristwatch with concealed dial and 15K gold extensible bracelet. four body, massive, polished, the front cover with foliage and decorated at the centre with a rosace in translucent blue enamel on guilloche, set with round diamonds, the back cover is engraved, gold cuvette. white enamel with painted Breguet numerals + auxiliary seconds dial. "Spade" blued steel hands.
