Folio, one of three variants, all from 1618, lacking the title page and one other preliminary leaf, otherwise complete, with the portrait, contents fresh, in a contemporary speckled calfskin binding with the spine tooled in gilt compartments and a morocco lettering piece, intact, all edges stained red, bookplate of William Constable (1721-1791) of Hull. This work, celebrating the coronation of James I, contains speeches, poems and other literary works in praise of the new sovereign. (see STC 140-142)
