Single folio sheet, documenting the sale of a parcel of land by Ephraim Bullen (1653-1694) of Sherborn, Massachusetts, to Abraham Cossens, signed and sealed by Bullen; other contemporary signatures include Nathaniel Morse, John Holbrook, Jonathan Fairbank, and finally Francis Foxcroft (1694-1768), when the deed was registered in Cambridge on 28 March 1728, old folds, generally clean and legible, framed, 12 x 15 1/2 in.
