Abraham Rattner (American, 1893-1978) L'Eglise de Gallardon Signed "Rattner" on the reverse, titled on the stretcher and identified on a label affixed to the stretcher. Oil on canvas, 25 1/2 x 20 in. (64.8 x 50.8 cm), framed. Condition: Craquelure, minor surface grime. Provenance: Sotheby's Arcade, New York, September 24, 1998, Lot 406. The craquelure is minor areas of paint separation, but is stable.
