Louis XVI-style Fauteuil and Bergere, the painted and parcel-gilt fauteuil of typical form with urn-shaped finials topping the shaped back, arm supports with acanthus leaves and beading, with overupholstered bowfront seat on circular tapered and fluted legs, seat ht. 17; the bergere with rectangular back, reeded supports and frame, and overupholstered bowfront seat, on circular, tapered, and fluted legs, seat ht. 17 in. Both with re-enforced seats, the fauteuil's restoration dated 1992; both with scattered chips and surface wear.
