Pair of Italian Neoclassical Cream and Gold Painted Dome-top Library Cabinets, 20th century, each with shell and C-scroll cresting over pair of glass doors mounted with gilt-metal diapering, enclosing robin's egg blue-painted interior with adjustable shelving, the case with fluted columns to sides, the base with pair of cabinet doors enclosing further shelving and mounted with central rosettes, ht. 114, wd. approx. 41, dp. 18 1/4 in. a few cracks and restored cracks/breaks to cresting. some restoration to base of fluted columns. some light shrinkage lines throughout. Scattered gold paint touch-ups.
