Five Transfer Printed Children's Plates, England, 19th and 20th century, a 1990 Richard Dennis exhibition plate replicating an early ABC plate and with black transfer E above "Is For Exhibition", dia. 5 3/4; a white glazed plate with floral molded border and black transfer depiction of a girl holding a cat inscribed "Our Early Days" and "Little Titty", dia. 7 1/8; a plate with enameled floral molded border and black transfer depiction of a girl with a doll and dog, titled "The Little Nurse", dia. 6 1/8; and a plate with green enamel trim to a molded floral border and polychromed brown transfer depiction of a boy with a top and a girl with her doll, titled "The Cousins", dia. 6 1/8; and a black transfer plate with floret molded rim with central depiction of a man and a horse, titled "The Smuggler", dia. 5 1/4 in. exhibition plate: very good condition. Little titty plate: light even staining. The little nurse plate: even staing: 1" hairline. The cousins plate: light even staining. The Smuggler Plate: very tiny flea bite to rim.
