Small Papier-mache Lady, Germany, c. 1840, papier-mache shoulder head with short painted black hair, molded and painted features, blue eyes, closed mouth, original milliner-type body with kid torso and carved wood limbs, yellow painted shoes, wearing muslin jacket and wool dress, muslin attached bonnet with mercury glass drop earrings, ht. 8 in., (very good).
