Terry, Terryville, Connecticut, and Junghans, Germany, the Terry with textured paper on the front surfaces, painted zinc dial with Roman numerals, frosted tablet and printed maker's label inside, ht. 10 1/4 in.; the Junghans with pressed carved decorated door, painted zinc dial with Roman numerals and maker's logo and gilt decorated tablet on a black ground, ht. 10 in. The Terry has some paper losses on molding parts of case, inpainting on dial an numerals; the other, old surface, no label and dial undisturbed.
