Continental Empire Inlaid Fruitwood Side Cabinet, mid-19th century, bowfront top, fitted with two triangular drawers to either side, all inlaid with foliage, with shaped base and ball feet, ht. 36, wd. 40 3/4, dp. 19 1/2 in. Top with staining and excessive scratching and gouging and with three shimmed cracks, left door with finish loss, right escutcheon with ivory loss to both door and drawer, shrinkage cracking throughout, age typical minor additional defects.
