Staffordshire Enameled Creamware Teapot and Cover, England, late 18th century, globular shape with leaf molded handle and spout, polychrome enamel decorated with flowers to either side, ht. 5 1/2 in. Cover: very top of finial chipped; numerous small chips and flakes surrounding rim. Pot: small chips to spout rim; to chips to inner collar (what the cover sits on); mended hairline to handle; glaze discolored surrounding rim, handle and spout.
