"Chiromagica" or "The Hand of Fate" No. 3 Game, McLoughlin Bros., New York, c. 1900, the cardboard cover depicting a wizard holding an hour glass and a wand amidst a variety of scientific instruments including a globe and telescope titled Chiromagica or the Hand of Fate No. 3 , inside a wooden game board with color printed series of thirty-two answers around a mylar opening with instructions stating in part place the question card exactly on this disk, placing the question at the top...the hand will move in a quizzical manner, and in a few minutes stop, and give the correct answer , enclosed pointer hand, and a separate 4 3/8 in. dia. printed card with questions, ht. 12 1/4 in. square. mylar circle of game board torn, cardboard bottom of game board needs re-tacking, tear in cover in area of Wizard, age consistent wear from use.
