New Century Four-Comb 18 1/2-inch Disc Musical Box, Style 412, No. 2286, with two barley-twist pressure bars, zither on one comb, speed control, and mahogany case with stepped lid and flame mahogany veneered interior panel, wd. 27 in., with twelve zinc discs. Good unrestored playing condition. Combs are complete, with no missing teeth or tips. Movement runs, although reluctantly at slow speeds, and the start / stop mechanism requires attention. Zither does not sound. Case with the original finish, well-preserved on the inside, faded on the outside. Disc titles are: Stabat Mater. Dolorosa, Washington Post March, Ave Maria, Martha Oh So Pure, Tannhauser Pilgrim's Chorus, Freyshutz Prayer, The Holy City, Cavalleria Rusticana Intermezzo, La Czarina Mazurka, Faust Romance, Tell Me Pretty Maiden ("Floradora"), Carmen Toreador Song".
