Swiss Watchmaker's Mandrel, late 19th century, with worm gear driven hand crank, 4 3/4 in. dia. faceplate with steel spring loaded work holders, steel bar bed, compound slide, tail stock and tool rest, all mounted on an oak stand, lg. 19, ht. 11 in. Lacking wooden handle, surface rust on steel components, brass in old surface.
