Three Cobalt-decorated Stoneware Crocks and a Cover, America, 19th century, a three-gallon crock with impressed "BUTTER," a tapered crock impressed "CLARK & FOX," and a crock or wide-mouth jar decorated with a flower blossom, together with a large lid with stylized brushed cobalt blossoms, (chips), ht. 12 1/4, 6 5/8, 5 3/4, cover dia. 12, 8 5/8 in. Clark & Fox with a few shallow rim chips, cover with rim chips, the "Butter" crock with some sort of acrylic coating on it may be repaired. The cover which is placed on the crock in the lot image, is not available.
