Vintage ladies platinum and 18k white gold diamond and sapphire ring with hand made platinum top with 8 natural Old European cut diamonds (approximately 0. 14 carats total weight, color range: J-M, clarity range: Si1-Si2) accented by French cut natural sapphires on a die struck 18k white gold shank. Ring top could have originally been part of a stick pin and later converted. Marked "18K" and tested as having a platinum top and 18k quality shank. US ring size 5.5. Total weight approximately 3.0 grams.
