Two Portrait Miniatures, early 20th century, oval format, likely on ivory or ivorine, one depicting George Washington, signed Simons, the other the composer Albert Lorthing, signed Liel, sight lg. 3 1/4, in ivory veneered rectangular frames, Washington accented with black stained incised florals, Lorthing with tortoiseshell edge inlay, frames 5 1/2 x 4 3/4 in. good. washington frame with edge veneer lifting.
