Small Regency Penwork and Paint Decorated Jewelry/Sewing Box, 19th century, rectangular, on brass ball feet, the lid decorated with black ink and green paint with a scene of figures by a ruin in the woods, the sides with running vine, compartmented interior, wd. 7 3/2, dp. 5 3/8 in. surface wear and scratching to decoration at lid, and scratching to sides. minor edge gouges, shrinkage crack at left rear corner. wear, losses to interior.
