Charles-Eugene Brunin (1841-1887) Bronze Figure of a Fisherman with a Parakeet , the man seated, wearing open shirt and cap, a parakeet perched on his shoulder, on rectangular base with rounded front, and conforming black marble plinth, ht. 25 3/4 in. Surface sctracthes to patina, especially at each thigh and the shoulder by the wing of the bird. Bird not affixed to shoulder.
