With two frontispieces, two facsimile letters and an atlas/index vol. containing five full-page maps, two fold-out letterpress tables, and three large folding maps in a pocket sleeve inside the rear cover. Bookplate tipped in front pastedowns: Frank O. Lowden; minor shelfwear and a slight warp to boards.
