14k yellow gold, diamond and topaz key form necklace pendant with heart shaped pierced handle surrounded by 12 natural, bead set, modern round brilliant diamonds (approximately 0. 06 carat total weight, color range: H-I, clarity: Si1) and one natural, round light brown topaz at bottom of key. Marked "14K" and acid tested as 14k quality. Chain marked 14k and composed of curb links, overall length approximately 18". Key measures approximately 1.5" tall. Overall weight for chain and pendant approximately 5.5 grams.
