Maker's Mark I Pellet P in Oval possibly for John Plimmer of oval form, with gadrooned rim, raised on four leaf-capped scroll supports headed by acanthus and with leaf-capped bifurcated reeded scroll handles, engraved with later arms on one side, the stepped domed cover crested on both sides, urn finial centered by radiating acanthus leaves, the oval stand with gadrooned rim and shell handles, raised on four flattened ball feet, engraved with matching arms. 175 ozt 3 dwt Length of stand over handles 20 inches.
