the hood with figural finials above a molded cornice and a blind fret carved panel over glazed sides and a glazed door, the molded-bordered trunk door with a brass-framed lenticle, all raised on a bombe base with claw and ball feet, the brass dial with foliate spandrels surrounding a Roman and Arabic numeral chapter ring, subsidiary seconds ring, date, month and day of the week apertures, all beneath a painted moon phase dial, striking on two bells with weights and pendulum, the movement and case possibly associated. Height 100 1/2 inches.
