possibly Fabergé, believed to have originally been configured as a stick pin, containing 11 antique rose cut diamonds with enamel accents and Cyrillic lettering noting the pin's creation for the annual Hermitage celebration in 1898, later 14 karat yellow gold safety pin fitting.
