Large Chinese figural scroll painting depicting a charming scene of a young mother in long floral accented robe and pink peony in hair holding a handled teapot as she and her young male children gather for tea. One child holds a tray with large pink lotus flower, the other holds a small red porcelain cup. Figures finely rendered with pale white faces and pale pink lips. Black calligraphic marks at center left, three red seal marks lower left, additional black calligraphic marks and red seal mark lower right. Framed approximately 80" x 33.5". Unframed approximately 78.25" x 31.25". Provenance: From the Estate of Dr. T. Elder Pearce in Ellijay, Georgia.
