Chinese, 20th century. A matched pair of rough hewn stained wood 4 shelf bookshelves, the four corner posts formed from one quartered log and each shelf a single cut plank of wood, the edges left naturally rough with exposed wood grain, knots, and imperfections. Red Chinese export wax seal to underside of lowest shelf of one structure. Overall approximately 29.75" tall, 29.25" wide, 16" deep.
